NEW Years Palm Springs ReTREAT

Product Description

5 days New Years Palm Springs Oasis Yoga Retreat

Welcome to a Deep Dive Retreat in Palm Springs, California Dec 29, 2026- Jan 3rd, 2027. On an exclusive property with a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub, and fireplace at the foothills of a gorgeous mountain view. You will explore; a desert oasis hike, meditation, yoga, dance, and ceremony. If interested, you’re invited to apply to attend a weekend (5 day) all inclusive retreat. Email me and I’ll send you a short get-to-know-you application to ensure that we’re all on a similar path of adventure and self growth. OUR SCHEDULE: Check in Wednesday 4pm @Borrego Springs Retreat. Head home Sunday AM. Your host Nicole will share a ‘sampler platter’ of workshops (qigong, meditation, yoga, and dance) for you to learn your ideal style to take home for a daily/weekly practice. There are a series of workshops that lead up to a powerful meditation and tea ceremony. This is an exclusive retreat as we will reinforce and set up realistic healthy habits and lifestyle choices. For example; learn how to reverse negative self talk, hitting snooze too many times, and reset false beliefs. We will meditate in ways you may not have experienced, that bring real relaxation. As host, my goal is for you to walk away with the meditation style that’s effective and realistic for your lifestyle. Meditation is easy when you have the style that’s best suited for you. The beauty of the retreat surroundings and the alchemy of the group are sure to create an experience of transformation and freedom! The weekend will be a powerful time to experience physical and digital detox.
