LESSON 2   YOUR BREATH ~ THE FOUNDATION OF LIFE

       JAMA Meditation Lesson 2  is designed to take command of your thoughts through multiple types of breath work.

LESSON 3  YOUR MIND ~ SHIFT THE VIEWPOINT 

       JAMA Meditation Lesson 3 teaches you to reset the mind while expanding your awareness and controlling your personal thoughts.


   LESSON 4  MEDITATION ~ A LIFESTYLE

JAMA Meditation Lesson 4 teaches integrating meditation into daily life. Identify situations and experiences that would benefit from the aid of meditation. Have the skills needed to drop into meditation and choose the ideal        genre for your state of mind and environment.


 LESSON 5  HISTORY ~ UNDERSTANDING OUR ROOTS

JAMA Meditation Lesson 5 will dive into a deeper understanding around the physiological reasons behind why         the top clinical trials implicate meditation based therapy in major stress reduction benefits.


 JAMA Meditation Certificates are given after 16 hours are completed.  It is my personal goal that this course work will empower you with skills to easily drop in and practice meditation.
